Professional sports personnel have an access to information and connections across the eco system involving coaches, academies, playing venues etc. in most of the sports. "A lot of others play it with equal seriousness, albeit in the weekend and free time, most of the time the passion is equal to an international player. However, the ecosystem is not at the same access levels for those passionate individuals or parents of such passionate kids.
